Studio Portrait Project:
Objective: For this assignment, you will work in groups of 2-3 helping one another to take the perfect studio portrait!
Directions:
1) You may use any direct or diffused light, which can be either ambient or controlled.
2) You must take at least 10 photos each to choose your 1 final photo from.
3) You have the choice of making this portrait black and white or color when your bring your photo to Photoshop using the tools we learned in our Photoshop Workshop last week.
4) You may add gels to add different colors and color temperatures to your photos.
WHAT YOU MUST TURN IN FOR FULL PROJECT GRADE:
1) ARTIST STATEMENT - A 3-5 sentence paragraph explaining your plan for your STUDIO PORTRAIT.
2) LIGHT PLOT - A diagram created on a sheet of white paper depicting where your lights, or light source is coming from. Examples:
3) YOUR ONE FINAL STUDIO PORTRAIT with adjusted Curves, Color, Focus, etc. in Photoshop.
